On the Regina Maris, where experience and passion thrive on the high seas. Our captain, Martin Duba, has been an avid sailor since childhood and has poured his love for the sea into the Regina Maris. Since acquiring the ship in 1992, he's rarely seen on land. In addition to his sailing expertise, he is also well-versed in mechanical engineering, supporting his team in all maritime matters. During the winter months, he sails across the Atlantic and engages in inspiring projects like 'Ocean College' and 'Sail to the COP'.
Uschi, the organizational genius on board, passionately plans and coordinates all events, from group travels to accounting. With her strength and big heart, she not only excels at her job but is also a caring mother of two daughters. Despite the distance between them, Martin and Uschi form an unbeatable team, combining their passion and expertise to create unforgettable experiences at sea. The Regina Maris - the majestic " Queen of the Sea " - is a sailing experience in a class of its own. This impressive tall sailing ship, a 3-masted top gaff schooner , combines traditional craftsmanship with modern comfort and invites sailing enthusiasts and event lovers to experience unforgettable moments on the water.
Originally built as a fishing boat in 1970 , the Regina Maris was converted under the direction of her current owner, Martin Duba, into a unique sailing vessel , perfect for exciting sailing trips and special events at sea.
Since 1992, the Regina Maris has been cruising the Baltic and North Seas from April to October, before spending the winter months in the Atlantic waters. On board, guests can expect a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for everyone who loves the sea - whether school classes, families, singles, groups of friends or companies . From relaxed sailing trips to inspiring team events and extraordinary celebrations on the high seas, the Regina Maris offers a unique stage for special experiences .

For overnight stays, the ship offers comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 36 people in cozy cabins, each equipped with comfortable bunks, storage space and a washbasin. Fresh sea air flows through the hatches and we can provide towels and bed linen on request. There are two toilets and four showers in the lower area, so you are fully taken care of.
Every morning begins with a hearty breakfast - whether sweet or savory, in the salon or on deck - before the Regina Maris sets sail and the next day of sailing begins. The wind determines the route and takes you to fascinating new places .
As the ship sets off, a special atmosphere develops: the sails are hoisted, music plays and the sense of community grows.
